In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, by purchasing a Single Unlock, Day Pass, or Credit Bundle, you expressly consent to immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of cancellation is waived once statement processing begins.
If our software fails to extract readable transactions from a supported UK bank statement format, or if technical errors prevent your download, contact support@usebankcsv.co.uk for a full refund or credit re-issue.
While our vision models achieve high extraction accuracy, automated transcription may occasionally require manual checking. You are responsible for reviewing extracted figures prior to filing returns with HMRC or entering entries into accounting software.
