Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel a monthly plan whenever I like?: Yes. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the billing month.
What counts as one statement?: One uploaded file, for example one month's PDF from your bank, counts as one statement. Instant Export covers a document of up to 5 pages. Pro includes 30 statements or 150 pages a month, whichever you reach first.
Do you store my bank statements?: No. Files are processed in memory and discarded straight after conversion. Having an account never changes that.
I only need one statement. Do I have to subscribe?: No. You can always unlock a single statement for £2.49, or use a 24-hour pass for up to 15 documents in a day. No account required.
