For bookkeepers and accountants

Stop retyping clients' bank statements

When a client sends a PDF, a scan or a phone photo instead of a bank feed, turn it into a file your software imports. Upload several statements at once, check the result, and download it in the format your package expects.

The first rows of any statement are free to preview, with no card.

What you get

  • PDFs, scans and photos in, with dates, descriptions, money in, money out and balance out.
  • Batch upload: add several statements in one go instead of one at a time.
  • Files for Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent and Sage, plus CSV, Excel, OFX and QIF for other software.
  • Invoices and receipts to a CSV or Excel file, for the supplier bills that come in as photos.
  • A self-assessment helper that sorts a year of statements into income and expenses, with totals by quarter.
  • Statements are read in memory and not stored by us. Results stay in your browser.

Pricing that suits a practice

Pro

£9.99 / month

30 documents / month (or 150 pages)

For solo landlords and small contractors.

Business / Practice

£29.99 / month

150 documents / month

For bookkeepers and practices with several clients.

One monthly allowance covers bank statements, invoices and receipts, and the self-assessment helper, so there is nothing extra to buy.

Not every month is busy? A one-off export is also available, and a 24-hour pass covers a batch. Everything is on the pricing page.

Check the output before you rely on it

The statements are read by AI, so check the totals against the closing balance before you import, as you would with any data entry. The preview and the balance column are there to make that quick.

What happens to your file

Bank statements are personal. Here is exactly how yours is handled.

Read, then forgotten

Your statement is held in memory only while it is converted. We don't write it, or what is read from it, to disk or to a database of ours.

Read by Google's paid AI service

The file is sent securely to the Google Gemini API to extract the figures. Google acts as our processor and does not use your documents to train its models.

You see a small preview first

Before you pay, your browser gets only a short preview and an encrypted copy that only our server can open. Everything else stays locked.

Your results stay with you

After unlocking, your results are kept in your browser, not on our servers. Use Start again, or clear your browser data, to remove them.

Google may keep a log of requests for up to 55 days to detect misuse. The privacy policy has the full detail.
